Freedom

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. “And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. (John 8:32-36 NKJV)

We are free because we know this truth -Jesus came so that we may be free from sin. When we grasp this truth, we are set free. We are no longer slaves that are bound to sin, but through grace we are made sons and daughters of God. We are free from bondage. We no longer are slaves to homosexuality, fornication, adultery, back-biting, impure thoughts, disobedience, hopelessness, and the list goes on. We are now ambassadors for Christ. Who the Son sets free is free indeed- to do a work that will bring glory to His name.

A song by LeCrae that puts emphasis on how we are sometimes influenced by the world. Media (social and entertainment) has a very big impact on how we live our lives whether we realize it or not.
